In all our centers our team consists of individuals who are highly skilled and passionate in supporting and caring for your child.
Our experienced Manager is responsible for the overall running of the provision, and ensuring that high standards are maintained across teaching, learning support, health and safety, and wellbeing. The Manager is the first point of contact for parents and staff alike for information regarding policies and procedures, children’s progress, registration, and general center information.
The Manager and all staff are trained in First Aid, Safeguarding, Risk Management, and core skills, knowledge and competencies for working with children in a childcare setting.
Our Learning Assistants work closely with teaching staff to support children with learning, behavior, social and academic development, and extra-curricular activities and events. Learning Assistants attend regular, comprehensive in-house training and workshops; our training programmed is designed to ensure that Learning Assistants have relevant and up-to-date skills and knowledge to effectively support children in a childcare setting. The training covers key areas such as Child Development, Safeguarding, Learning and Behavioral Support, and Working with Children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
