Who Are We?
Smart Kids Clubs is a high-quality afterschool childcare and tuition service. At Smart Kids Club, we promote and encourage an environment of positivity and inclusivity. Everyone associated with our centre, from the staff to children, or parents/carers, is expected to treat every individual that they encounter with respect, dignity and decency. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated; any instances of discriminatory or prejudicial language or behavior are addressed immediately.
We provide a safe environment for children to be cared for whilst they are under our care. We motivate children who are club members to realize their potential and pursue their individual interests whilst they are with us. We motivate children to achieve their potential with their educational studies as well as their extracurricular activities. We support children who have an interest in a hobby or who want extra support with their school studies or their homework whilst they are under our care. We have qualified staff to empower children to achieve their play or education targets. At Smart Kids Club our club is open to all families and children from all backgrounds. As a club, we adhere to the equality legislation within the UK. Our Kids Club is an environment that parents can trust and children can feel protected. We value families who place their trust in our service and aim to deliver on parental or carer expectations as well as deliver a high level of child care in the UK
Our Vision
The vision for Smart Kids Club is to give all children a community club they have access to help them achieve their social and academic needs as well as community they can feel a sense of belonging which helps the child develop. A club where they can learn play and explore and where parents can be supported to help their children to be safe, study or play and to develop their children.

What We Do?
To ensure that we achieve our aim of creating an equitable and welcoming environment, free from all forms of harassment and discrimination, our staff are expected to adhere to our Equalities Policy, which has been developed in line with the Equality Act 2010. Staff also receive Equality and Diversity training to ensure they understand their rights and responsibilities as it relates to equal opportunities in a childcare setting.
